The company strengthens its leadership team as it nears 100 years of operations.

USA – Duda Farm Fresh Foods has appointed Laura Lutjen as its Midwest Regional Sales Manager, marking another key step in its effort to build a strong, customer-focused sales team ahead of its 100th anniversary in 2026.
Alan Ediger, Vice President of Sales at Duda Farm Fresh Foods, said the company was confident that Laura’s experience would strengthen its growth plans in the region.
“Laura’s extensive experience and customer-first approach align perfectly with our mission to deliver fresh, flavorful produce and exceptional service,” Ediger said.
“Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to grow our presence in the Midwest and beyond.”
Laura joins Duda with nearly 30 years of experience in the food industry. She has built her career on creating lasting relationships and helping businesses expand across retail, foodservice, and wholesale markets.
Before joining Duda, she worked in Sales and Business Development at Index Fresh, where she managed key retail accounts across the United States.
Her previous roles include leadership positions at organicgirl, PepsiCo, and Campbell Sales Company, where she focused on market expansion and customer partnerships.
Colleagues describe her as a hands-on leader who combines industry knowledge with a strong sense of teamwork.
“I’m excited to join Duda Farm Fresh Foods and contribute to a company that values innovation, quality, and long-term relationships,” said Laura Lutjen. “I look forward to helping drive growth and delivering value to our customers.”
The addition of Laura reflects Duda’s broader goal to reinforce its national reach. The company, which grows, ships, processes, and markets fresh vegetables and citrus, has continued to invest in people and systems to better serve its customers.
Duda’s Midwest market has shown steady growth in recent years, supported by a strong retail network and increasing demand for fresh produce.
The company views Laura’s appointment as part of a larger plan to maintain consistency in service and deepen regional connections.
“Duda has a strong history of adapting to changing markets while staying true to its family values,” said Ediger. “Adding Laura to our sales team helps us stay focused on what matters most: our customers and the quality of our produce.”
As Duda Farm Fresh Foods approaches its centennial year in 2026, it continues to strengthen its leadership, improve supply efficiency, and maintain high quality standards.
The company has recently expanded its vegetable operations and continues to explore new ways to deliver fresh produce to more customers.
Laura’s appointment underscores Duda’s confidence in the future and its ongoing effort to build a skilled team ready to support its next phase of growth.
