The tractors bring stronger performance, operator comfort, and efficiency improvements to the 180-225hp segment.

GLOBAL – New Holland has introduced its latest T7 Standard Wheelbase tractors, delivering new design features, upgraded technology, and stronger performance across the 180-225hp range.
The machines now combine compact dimensions with improved fuel efficiency, smoother handling, and a refreshed look.
The tractors feature a new front axle that cuts the turning circle by 17 percent, reducing it from 14.3 meters to 11.4 meters. This upgrade allows for faster headland turns and a smoother ride on the road or in the field.
The axle comes in both standard and heavy-duty versions, with optional suspension and roll control for improved stability during transport.
Global Product Manager for the range, Manfred Pfleger, said the redesign focused on both operators and business needs. “We’ve completely reimagined the key design features of the T7 Standard Wheelbase tractor range,” he explained.
“Significant upgrades include a new cab design, a new operator interface and armrest, and a more compact front end, core for a tractor range that competes in an important sector of the market with a broad customer base. The redesigned suspension delivers greater comfort and control, and complements the light weight, high-capacity design of this range to boost productivity and performance.”
The T7.225 with Dynamic Command transmission recently achieved best-in-class fuel efficiency at Germany’s DLG test centre, consuming only 243g/kWh.
New Holland has placed emphasis on operator comfort with the new Horizon cab. The cab features improved climate control, more space, better materials, and additional storage. Drivers can also choose from three roof options and different cab suspension systems.
A new SideWinder armrest with the IntelliView 12 touchscreen and CommandGrip multifunction handle puts key controls within easy reach. Buyers can customize the controls to match their working style, whether using mechanical or electronic valves.
Information behind the steering wheel is now easier to view through the updated InfoView display.
Other upgrades include improved access to cab steps, integrated storage, and a hand-wash tank for convenience. LED lighting options and new taillights complete the refreshed design.
Engine and transmission choices
The tractors use a Stage V FPT NEF 6.7-litre engine with longer 750-hour service intervals. Fuel capacity has increased to 350 litres, and AdBlue capacity to 48 litres. The new power curve allows maximum power at just 1,500rpm, cutting fuel use and noise levels.
Customers can select from Auto Command continuously variable transmission, Dynamic Command semi-powershift with double clutch, or Range Command semi-powershift, depending on the model.
The T7.225 offers either Auto Command or Dynamic Command with 24 forward and 24 reverse speeds.
All models come with “Connectivity Included” as standard, providing remote dealer support and data monitoring. The tractors support ISOBUS Class 2 or 3 for implement control, including TIM functions for both front and rear implements.
Beyond the tractor upgrades, New Holland confirmed that its new Dynamic Blue colour scheme will roll out across future tractor models, marking a consistent brand identity in coming years.
