New Holland to showcase wider tractor line at LAMMA 2026

The company prepares a fresh line-up for British and Irish farmers with upgrades across comfort, control and fuel savings.

UK – New Holland will take centre stage at LAMMA Show 2026 with a broader and more advanced range that targets smoother handling, longer working hours and better fuel use across different farm tasks.

The company plans to display the new T7 Standard Wheelbase, the high-horsepower T7 XD, the W170D+ Forage Power wheel loader and the new generation T5S.

T7 Standard Wheelbase focuses on comfort and better control

New Holland redesigned the T7 Standard Wheelbase for the 180 to 225 hp range. The tractor now turns 17 percent tighter than earlier models, which helps farmers work with ease in busy yards and small fields. A new front axle also gives a smoother ride both on the road and on soft ground.

Inside the Horizon cab, operators get more space, better storage and improved controls. They can also choose from several roof options and stronger climate control. A New Holland spokesperson said the updates aim to support long working days. “We want operators to stay fresh and steady even during long shifts in the field.”

Customers can order the Auto Command transmission from launch, while Dynamic Command and Range Command options will follow in 2026. The T7.225 Dynamic Command already holds a DLG PowerMix fuel record in its class, showing the company’s focus on low running costs.

W170D+ Forage Power makes its first UK stop

Farmers visiting the stand will also see the W170D+ Forage Power wheel loader for the first time in the UK. It won the FARM MACHINE 2026 award in the Material Handling category at Agritechnica. The loader weighs about 16.4 tonnes and produces around 255 hp, supported by over 1,300 Nm of torque.

The six-speed transmission comes with a lock-up clutch from first gear, which helps operators keep traction on steep silage clamps. New Holland fitted the loader with a Cooling Cube and a reversible fan for dusty environments.

The cab has a wide windscreen, LED lights and optional rear obstacle alerts. One engineer explained the goal behind the redesign, saying “This loader must stand up to long days and constant travel between farms.”

T7 XD expands the power range for heavy work

New Holland created a new class with the T7 XD, which includes models at roughly 360, 390 and 435 hp. The tractor runs on an 8.7-litre FPT Cursor 9 engine with a narrow waist to improve visibility and turning. A 680-litre tank supports long days in the field, while a 750-hour service interval reduces stops.

The revised Auto Command CVT allows travel above 60 km/h at lower revs, giving farmers quicker moves between fields. New axles and cab suspension add stability and comfort, especially during heavy draft work.

T5S gains more strength and quicker steering

The updated T5S line includes 90, 101 and 110 hp models. Farmers can expect quicker steering, better loader handling and stronger LED lighting. The Dynamic StopStart feature helps during repeated loader use, and optional telematics give users real-time links to their machines.

From 2026, farmers can also choose electronic Lift-O-Matic rear hitch controls and electric autoguidance.

New Holland will present the full line-up at the NEC Birmingham on 14 and 15 January.
