2025 AgroChemEx to draw global agrochemical leaders in Shanghai

AgroChemEx 2025 will bring together 1,500 exhibitors and 50,000 visitors in Shanghai this October.

CHINA – The 2025 edition of AgroChemEx will take place from October 13 to 15 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, bringing together the world’s largest players in the agrochemical industry.

AgroChemEx, commonly known as ACE, is organized by the China Crop Protection Industry Association (CCPIA). Now in its 24th year, the exhibition has grown into one of the most important events for the sector.

This year’s show will cover about 80,000 square meters and is expected to attract around 1,500 exhibitors and 50,000 visitors from more than 120 countries and regions.

“AgroChemEx has become an international meeting point where companies gather to present their products, exchange knowledge, and build stronger partnerships,” CCPIA said in a statement.

“The exhibition plays a key role in advancing global agriculture by connecting suppliers and buyers across the entire value chain.”

Exhibitors will showcase a wide range of products including pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, plant growth regulators, bio-pesticides, and new fertilizers. The event will also feature equipment for processing, testing, labeling, packaging, and spraying.

Beyond products, service providers in laboratory testing, consultancy, training, research, technology, and investment will also participate.

Visitors are expected from across the agrochemical supply chain, including wholesalers, retailers, importers, exporters, agronomists, farmers, entrepreneurs, engineers, financiers, registration agencies, universities, and government representatives.

“The exhibition does not just showcase agrochemicals. It creates space for new technologies and sustainable solutions that directly impact farming and food production,” said a spokesperson from CCPIA.

Building on 2024 momentum

The 2024 AgroChemEx, held at the same venue from October 14 to 16, featured more than 850 exhibitors and attracted 60,000 visitors. It included forums on crop protection, pesticide trade management, and procurement strategies.

The event also highlighted progress in green chemistry, digital agriculture, and sustainable crop inputs.

Reflecting on the growth of the exhibition, CCPIA noted, “Each year, AgroChemEx sets a stronger foundation for collaboration and exchange. We continue to see more companies use this platform to introduce innovative products and strengthen global ties.”

Visitor pre-registration for the 2025 exhibition is currently open and will close on October 15, 2025. Interested participants can register online through the official link: https://dwz.cn/zDIlEeTb.

“AgroChemEx is not just an exhibition,” CCPIA said. “It is where the global agrochemical industry comes together to exchange ideas, improve productivity, and build a more sustainable future for agriculture.”
