Morocco’s Agridata gains ground as BeeOne software draws global interest

Farm management platform BeeOne, built in Morocco, now supports growers across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

MOROCCO – Agridata, a Moroccan technology company focused on farming systems, is attracting attention from international growers after years of refining its BeeOne software at home.

The platform, which was first used by Morocco’s top agricultural groups, is now being used in Saudi Arabia, France, the UK, and Chile.

Amine Missa, Agridata’s marketing manager, says this expansion happened naturally. “We are a Moroccan-based company that has been providing IT solutions for agriculture since 2006,” he explains.

“Our approach has always been grounded in building strong, evolving systems where each project contributes new features to a shared ecosystem.”

Rather than creating custom systems for each client, Agridata focused on strengthening BeeOne as a shared platform, shaped by years of field data and user feedback. This model gained traction among Moroccan growers, who began to rely on BeeOne for a wide range of management needs.

“Today more than a hundred Moroccan growers, including some of the biggest names, trust us, choose us from among a multitude of solutions on the market, and are satisfied with our solutions, making us the leader in the sector,” says Missa.

Global demand without a marketing push

Agridata did not plan an international launch at first. But while the company carried out research and looked at global trends, interest began to grow outside of Morocco.

“It emerged during a phase of active research and benchmarking when our team was evaluating the most relevant geographies for BeeOne,” Missa says.

“During that time, we began receiving inbound calls from European farmers asking to implement BeeOne on their farms.”

That early interest pointed the company toward specific regions. “It confirmed much of what our research was already suggesting: that Europe and Latin America, particularly Chile, were the most promising next steps for us,” Missa adds.

Today, BeeOne is fully operational in four countries outside Morocco. In Chile, Agridata recently signed a distribution agreement with Gestión y Mercados.

Adaptable features and competitive cost

Missa says BeeOne stands out because it responds to the real needs of farmers. “The advantages we’ve built into BeeOne, from cost control to operational depth, have proven to be exactly what growers in several countries need.”

With BeeOne, users can track expenses in real time – per hectare, per tree, or even per kilogram. The platform also supports tasks like irrigation monitoring, pest control, accounting, and labor tracking.

For farms with different structures, BeeOne adapts. “A berry grower can leverage detailed human resources and real-time labor cost tracking, while an apple grower can focus on budgeting, inventory, and machinery management modules,” Missa explains.

Even as the software evolves, the company keeps pricing in check. “We believe that a powerful farm management software should not be reserved for large-scale farms only,” Missa says. “Our pricing reflects that vision and remains accessible, scalable, and focused on delivering real value at every level.”

Missa credits Agridata’s two founders, Soufiane Alami and Youssef Kassel, for driving BeeOne forward. “The founders, Soufiane Alami and Youssef Kassel have always shared the same commitment to continue to evolve BeeOne to meet the needs of growers around the world,” he says.

“Our focus is on integrating cutting-edge technologies and staying closely aligned with the realities of agriculture in every region we serve.”
