Agricultural technology firm reports strong quarterly growth and strategic leadership changes.

INDIA – Nova Agritech Limited has posted impressive financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, reflecting growing demand for its products and services in the agricultural technology sector.
The company reported revenue of Rs 2,131.87 lakhs (approx US$25.7 million) for the quarter, marking an 83% increase compared with the previous quarter. Consolidated revenue reached Rs 3,058.74 lakhs (approx US$36.9 million).
“Our growth this quarter demonstrates that farmers and agribusinesses increasingly value our technology solutions,” said a company spokesperson.
Nova Agritech also reported a consolidated profit of Rs 1,070.02 lakhs (approx US$12.9 million), signaling strong operational performance. Analysts noted that the revenue surge suggests that the company’s expansion strategy is meeting market needs effectively.
Leadership changes
The company announced the appointment of Mr. Lakshmi Satish Tata as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 13, 2025. Mr. Tata brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and strategic management. “I look forward to supporting Nova Agritech as it continues to grow and serve the agricultural community,” Mr. Tata said.
Earlier this month, CEO Srinivasarao Mandalapu stepped down, citing personal reasons. The company has begun the process of selecting his successor. “We thank Mr. Mandalapu for his leadership and commitment over the years,” the board said in a statement.
Market performance and future outlook
Nova Agritech’s stock currently trades at ₹44.77 (approx US$0.54), with a 52-week high of ₹75.50 (approx US$0.91) and a low of ₹40.40 (approx US$0.49). The company’s market capitalization stands at ₹414.20 Cr (approx US$500 million), with a price-to-earnings ratio of 15.71.
“With the appointment of a seasoned CFO and our strong quarterly performance, we expect investor confidence to remain high,” the spokesperson added.
The company has also recently expanded its product portfolio and strengthened its distribution channels in key regions. Industry observers say these moves may help Nova Agritech maintain momentum and continue serving its growing customer base.
