Veganic expands into South Asia with new subsidiary in Malaysia

The Spanish biosolutions firm sets up a new hub to serve farmers across the region.

MALAYSIA – Veganic has opened a new South Asia subsidiary in Malaysia, marking a key step in its international growth strategy.

The new office will serve as a regional base to deliver faster access to its biosolutions and meet the needs of farmers across Asia.

The Malaysian base will not only act as an administrative office but also as a platform to drive market strategies focused on biosolutions.

According to the company, the hub will speed up product registration and make its full range of products available to farmers more quickly.

These include biofungicides, bioinsecticides, and biostimulants, along with proprietary technologies such as MicroGea, NeoPrime, and NeoDuo.

“The opening of this subsidiary consolidates our role as a trusted partner in advancing high-value agriculture in Asia,” Veganic said in a statement.

South Asia’s strategic role

Carlos Ledó, CEO and Founder of Veganic, said the move responds to the growing demand for safe and responsible farming inputs in the region.

“South Asia represents a key territory due to the diversity of its crops and the growing demand for responsible agricultural solutions,” he explained.

“With this new subsidiary we aim not only to bring technology, but also knowledge, technical support, and the opportunity for farmers to work with safe, profitable tools aligned with a more conscious production model.”

The company expects the new hub to strengthen ties with farmers and provide direct technical support to improve adoption of its products.

Beyond organic

Veganic continues to distinguish itself by introducing agricultural solutions that go beyond traditional organic standards.

Its products follow vegan and cruelty-free principles, a direction the firm says reflects its broader commitment to ethical and sustainable farming.

“With this launch, Veganic reaffirms its vision of going beyond the traditional concept of organic by introducing values such as vegan and cruelty-free,” the company stated.

It added that its approach supports regenerative farming and helps farmers grow more resilient crops in the face of climate change and resource scarcity.

Recent milestones

The expansion in Malaysia follows other notable steps for Veganic. Earlier this year, the company announced progress in strengthening its biosolutions portfolio and increasing investments in research and development.

The firm has also expanded its partnerships with regional distributors to ensure farmers gain easier access to its products.

Veganic, headquartered in Spain, specializes in nature-based agricultural technologies. By combining science with sustainability principles, the company aims to provide farming solutions that meet the growing demand for safer and more productive food systems.
